What is Spacious NYE and what should I expect?

Spacious NYE is a mindful New Year’s Eve countdown event experience for those seeking to enjoy an alternative celebration to ring in the new year in Las Vegas. The event will feature 19+ experiences surrounding wellness, intention, design and tech to inspire guests for the year ahead. Expect to create space! We will fill the event atmosphere with entertainment, music, creativity, a conscious and cultured community of residents in Las Vegas and surprises. Whether you will be joining us at Fresh Wata Studios or tuning in from afar, you can help power up our Intention Rocket launching into 2019 after midnight! What is parking going to be like?

We strongly recommend ridesharing as parking is extremely limited onsite! We’re also inviting you to enjoy the festivities which may include the consumption of alcoholic beverages. Please do not drink and drive! Additionally, the Event Producers will not be held responsible for damage or loss to possessions or items left in any vehicle parked alongside the street or at neighboring businesses; towing and/or damage to any vehicle whether or not such damage is caused by other vehicle(s) or person(s) in nearby parking lots and surrounding area. What are important times I should keep in mind?

Spacious NYE event time is 9:00p - 2:00a. No re-entry after 2:00a. We highly recommend arriving at 9:00p to claim gifts from Makers & Finders (1st 100 cosmonauts) and TruFusion (1st 200 cosmonauts) at check-in. Doors open at 9:00p. The Alex Ott Experience is live from 9:30p - 11:30p via silent disco and with VIP open bar while supplies last. Silent Savasana's mediations (4 30-minute sessions) take place at 9:30p, 10:30p, 12:30a and 1:30a. Open bar will hosted from 9:30p - 11:30p. Anti-gravitational performances will occur outdoors at 10:00p, 11:00p, 12:15a and 1:00a. JorDance Studios will perform at 11:15p. Mission Control countdown with Jay R Beatbox will begin at 11:55p. The first-ever Astronaut Drop will take place at 12:00a. A complimentary champagne toast will be available between 11:50p and 12:10a.

What takes place indoors vs. outdoors?

There is a wonderful balance of many things to experience outdoors and indoors as well.

How may I attend Spacious NYE?

Spacious NYE is open to individuals who are ages 21 and above. If you are turning 21 on January 1, 2019, happy early birthday! You can join the celebration after midnight. You may attend the event by purchasing a ticket and registering on Eventbrite while tickets are still available: SPACIOUSNYE.eventbrite.com. Absolutely no guest lists exist. All guests must be a registered ticket holder. ALL entering Spacious NYE and Fresh Wata Studios must have a wristband and ticket. Cash will be accepted at the door. ALL TICKETS must be purchased and/or registered before entry and/or issuance of any wristband. Ticket purchase, registration and event entry constitutes your agreement to our privacy policy and its terms, conditions, and notices.

What is the dress code?

Dress for the year you want to have! Dress warm! Dress up or dress casually. This is a space-themed NYE party, so feel free to breakout some outer-space-inspired pieces and metallics! The event footprint includes both indoor and outdoor spaces. Bundle up with layers! Outdoor temperatures are expected to dip down to as low as 36°F with possible winds gusts around 14-18mph, and although we'll have heaters we still encourage you to bring out your coats, furries, scarves, gloves and blankets. Check out Lollie Shopping's blog with tips for dressing warm for NYE in Las Vegas!

What is there to eat and drink?

Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside event grounds. We will host an open bar from 9:30p - 11:30p. Outside of that time frame you will have access to cash bars offering a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Individuals with an Astral (VIP) ticket will also receive open bar that includes the 5 rare elixirs via the Alex Ott Experience. As far as food is concerned, we will have complimentary snacks as well as health-conscious food vendors there to delight your taste buds and nourish your body. What can I bring to Spacious NYE?

Firstly, bring a printed or digital version of your ticket for check-in. Come with your best intentions, friends and don't forget to bring out some smooth moves for the dance floor! If you want to bring your appetite, list of goals and a curious mind, then you are heading to the right place. Small bags and blankets are allowed. What happens if it rains?

Rain or shine we are celebrating the year that has passed and welcoming the year ahead! The indoor capacity is limited and the experiences outdoor are vast. Let’s focus our thoughts and intentions on the NYE we want to have and the future we are creating.
